Measures 11-3/4" wide and 12-3/4" front to back. Costume sold separately, purchase together and save. New in package, however please note that item may have minor scratches in the fabric or dents in the band that wraps around due to storage. You can see an example of this in the zoomed in picture. The band is a little wrinkled and there are some lighter scratches on the side of the hat as well as the brim.
