For that reason this is being sold AS IS and there will be NO RETURNS on this item. I charged the battery by taking it out and charging it in my other SP. You can also get external battery chargers on eBay for like $9. The racing game is not included, it was just to show it working for the pictures. The screen looks fine. Actual item pictured.
