Description: Gaertner Scientific Inertia Apparatus (1920's-1930's).The company is still in business but had no idea what this one was.After a very long internet search, I was able to find information in the Gaertner Bulletin No. 124.Really awesome piece that probably belongs in a museum.Seems like all the pieces for the base apparatus (L1087) are there, no recording paper discs or other accessories. No idea if or how it works.
