But I will ensure these types of cards are still shipped with safety in mind). With eBay's envelope policy i can only ship two top loader cards max at a time. If your order exceeds $20(before taxes), i will automatically upgrade your shipping to first class with bubble wrap.If you would like to upgrade your cards to first class with bubble wrap under the $20 threshold, this is an additional $4 cost.
