Description: PERFECT ITEMS NOT SOLD HERE BUT GOOD STUFF ALWAYS IS. CURIOUSITY GOT THE BEST OF ME THUS THE OPEN BAG OF 5,000 1974 P LINCOLN PENNIES.A GROUP AT A TIME IF I CAN EVER FIGURE THE PROPER BACKGROUND AND CAMERA FOCUS ???? GOOD LUCK TO BOTH OF US. Fact is,I am not a coin pro but over the years I have stumbled into a Quarter or 50 cent piece I liked ora silver dime or two but it is no more than a fun trip at the end of the day to check my change and seewhat I may have for the cookie jar. From time to time you stumble into a unique item that you love and the wife says "Are you crazy" LOL.It was hard not to open this 50 year old bag but since I am not a coin collector as such let me offer you a nice catch. This was a sealed and unopened bag of 1974 P US Mint coins. The bag contained small cents featuring the Lincoln Memorial design. The coins are made of copper with a fineness of 0.95 and were minted in Philadelphia. Let's see if a roll of 50 at a time will help either of us...PS I did not empty 5,000 coins and search them - only10 rolls for the moment and wondering how many error pennies (IF ANY) could possibly remain?Being an old man with weak eyes,I am wearing out my magnifying glass and eyes at the same time.LOL Hopefully my photography will improve quickly for these 50 year old baby doll coins..
