Acne Studios by Frederic Malle is a Floral Aldehyde fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Acne Studios was launched in 2024. The nose behind this fragrance is Suzy Le Helley. A Note from the Brand- "Acne Studios is not just a look. If anything, it is many looks, an ethos not easily encapsulated: functional, but eclectic, the opposite of basic. Frédéric Malle tried to put Acne Studios in a bottle. For this special collaboration, he asked perfume prodigy Suzy Le Helley to author a powerful manifesto. The composition is as such: a large amount of aldehydes, rose, violet and a touch of orange blossom; accords of vanilla and peach; generous notes of sandalwood; a touch of frankincense, and a sea of musk. From utilitarian comfort to eccentric elegance, this seemed like an olfactory rendering of Acne Studios.Aldehydes, Rose, Peach, Vanilla, Sandalwood, Musk" The best perfume storage is completely dark, cool and low humidity. We have had this exact perfume storage; going back to 2015! It is not good for them to be in a retail store environment with fluorescent light! Even sealed in their original boxes, even if the boxes are black most stores DO NOT store their perfume properly. At all. They just hope to sell it within a year. Disclaimers/ things to know about Frederic Malle before buying The boxes often have minor imperfections such as slightly rounded or frayed corners (not sure if frayed is the right work, usually at the top), not completely flat boxes like bowed a touch, that's about it. See the pics I purposely never take pics of a pristine example, partly because you don't see them much. Unicorns lol The labels are usually imperfect, more than you would expect for the significant price. For example, most are a matte black label that pics up anything oily and it sticks- and most have some example of this straight from the factory. That one is sometimes easier to find a nearly perfect one, but it's still around 1 in 10. I cannot check before shipping, sorry. They aren't unicorns, maybe endangered.
