I got the signed in person at the UFC 114 open workouts at the MGM Event Center in Las Vegas NV on May 29th 2010. I caught Frankie near the hotel elevators and he was kind enough to sign. This photo is in great shape and has been sitting in a plastic box in smoke free pet free home for the past 14+ years.
