Ford 1955-1957 Driver’s Side Y Block Exhaust Manifold PORTER High Performance

Description: Newly reconditioned Sand blasted, high heat primed and painted. No cracks or chips or missing tangs. It appears a weld repair was made, not sure what the history is for that. But welding appears intact. This exhaust manifold is a genuine HIGH PERFORMANCE PART from the 50’s. This part was manufactured by PORTER. They designed these to flow from front to back with no connection left to right sides…. Like many Y-blocks. True dual exhaust. It is compatible with 1955-1957 Ford / Mercury Y-Block engines that have a displacement of 272-312 cubic inches and is designed to fit on the LEFT / Drivers Side of the vehicle. The mounting style is bolt-on, and it comes with two studs at the collector… included for easy installation. The manifold is made of cast iron and has a gray color. It is a vintage part that has been previously used. The substrate material is also CAST IRON it has a HIGH HEAT coated finish. Being cast iron….this manifold will last a long time, cut down on noise and reduce heat through the firewall… unlike the aftermarket tinny headers.
