Description: Fluke dry well temperature calibrator model 22207 or 9140, refurbished. I have two Fluke dry well temperature calibrators which had circuit board damage. I have replaced the original temperature control circuitry with a Watlow 93AA-1CD0-00AA temperature controller. It is a 1/16 DIN size controller. The heating output signal from the controller goes to a 10 amp solid state relay. The heating circuit pulls about 4 amps. The second output is cooling, which energizes the cooling fan. The overtemperature switch is still in the circuitry as protection. It trips at about 260 degrees C, it resets when the unit cools. Therefore the maximum temperature is 255C, The controller can be changed to display the value in Fahrenheit. I will in close information for the controller settings and default values. The temperature sensor is a 100 ohm Pt RTD, 0385 type, this the original sensor. This unit is wired for 115 volts AC only, due to the fan voltage. The face plate is not original, it is aluminum. I have added a stainless steel handle to the top of the unit, which allows securing it. The units original circuit boards failed because they were dropped. The Watlow controller has been defaulted to factory values and programmed for the RTD input, with heat and cool outputs. IF YOU HAVE SIMILAIR UNITS WITH DAMAGED CIRCUITRY, I MAY BE ABLE TO MODIFY THEM TOO.
