The pink wall on one side has turned orange a little bit, on the top half, from the sun. There is one small. Chip in the back pull-out wall (see last photo. The pieces and the house are very clean and has been wiped down thoroughly with disinfectant wipes. The pieces are in great condition. The living room lamp is a battery operated piece. It takes 3 AAA batteries (batteries not included). The battery compartment is clean and the lamp lights up and plays music. The baby girl is included, but it does not have the baby boy. It also does not have a bedroom set for the adults. Only what you see in the photos is included. Please look closely at the photos for condition and content. The stickers on the set are in VERY good condition .
