I have the original box; however, one end is missing all the flaps and there is a dent/tear on the top side (see PICs). The protective Styrofoam casing is EX. The truck came from a Collector Estate. It does not appear to have been used. It should make a nice addition to your collection. Also, the 1:54 scale is close to the 1:48 scale for O scale model trains like Lionel and MTH.NOTE the MACK Truck hood ornament (see PIC close-up).
