FIRST FLIGHT golf club set

Description: THINK GOLF!!!This auction is for a RARE vintage 1950-60s FIRST FLIGHT set of golf clubs. I have matching registered 4 woods and 8 irons. I have a bag not marked and 4 Macgregor head covers. I will include a nice old putter a K Line 400. These EXPLO marked clubs all have aluminum shafts; The irons heads marked 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and Pitching Wedge are also marked both First Flight and EXPLO Flight. They have an Eagle head symbol with shinny chrome. The grooves are clean. The hosels are black plastic with registration D337449 and 2 gold bands. The shafts in about the middle have a small section marked with green bands that is Octagonal. Near the grips there is a larger section marked with green bands also Octagonal. The shaft band is marked True Temper Aluminum and Hex R Flex. The grips are original hardened with minor wear and are marked First Flight on the side and end. The wood heads marked 1,3,4 and 5 and First Flight on the plates. There is a symbol of and Eagle with black arrows. On the top of the head is an arrow, on the back is a square and side written First Flight. The wood heads have a purple plastic insert with 6 white lines. The shafts have a hosel wrapped with black thread and 2 gold bands The rest of the shaft is the same as the irons. I have a white/blue vinyl bag the clubs came in with a rain cover. I have 1,3,4,5 wood head covers made by Macgregor. I have rubber iron covers marked 3,4,5,6,,8, and 9. I show the length of the 5 iron about 37.25" to the edge of the heel a little longer than my 5 iron of my Grand Slam club. This is a still playable set of clubs for your fun days with group as well as very collectible. I have a Green Bay packer bag also listed and some of my other irons. I will provide more photos.
