The cutter is marked: Stanley , New Britain CT and it measures: 1-7/8" H & 2-1/8" W". It is in "as found" condition and would need to be cleaned up. The japanning is worn & it is in "as found" condition. The Stanley blade has some pitting, nicks and would need to be sharpened. A great user and ready to go to work for you.
