The hole in the front cover of the saw gives convenient access to the arbor bolt making blade changes a quick and easy process. That same hole however also allows a considerable amount of dust to escape during cuts. Quite a few different solutions have been tried to cover up that hole, but most are difficult or inconvenient to remove and replace when changing the blade. Our design makes removing and replacing the dust cover as simple as flicking a switch! Sticking with the Festool standard of green colored components indicating user adjustability, sliding the green switch on our dust cover to lock or unlock it in place couldn't be quicker or easier, getting you back to making cuts faster!
