Description: Femibion Pregnancy Metafolin + DHA 28 Tablets + 28 Capsules is a food supplement based on nutrients intended to complete the specific nutritional needs of pregnant and breastfeeding women thanks to its new formula. Omega 3 (DHA) contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain of the unborn and breastfed child. Femibion Pregnancy Metafolin® + DHA provides: - Folates (vitamins B9) in two forms: folic acid and Metafolin® (directly active and easily assimilated by your body), a sufficient supply of which is necessary for the course of pregnancy. Folate is important because it contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. - DHA: maternal intake of DHA (omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid) contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the unborn child and the breastfed child*. - 10 vitamins including vitamin D. - Iodine, which contributes to normal thyroid function. - Iron, which contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. - Selenium and zinc which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. - Magnesium which helps reduce fatigue. *The beneficial effect of DHA is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake for omega 3 fatty acids in adults, i.e. 250 mg DHA and EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid).
