Feldspar in Andesite Cabochon Pendant 54 X 44 X 6 mm CC-85

Description: This Feldspar in Andesite cabochon was cut by my father years ago. He loved making pendants and selling them at his lapidary club's annual sale. Often his stones were large since he loved to set off the stone's beauty. This stone measures about 44 X 54 X 6 mm and weighs about 43.006 grams. Even though he added the silver plate bails I think this piece may be too large to comfortably wear, but you could easily cut the stone down and repolish it since the material is so very interesting and makes a unique pendant or other piece of jewelry. I took the photos under an LED daylight lamp on my desk. I have lots of items from our family's various collections of treasures, especially stones from my father's rock collections (rough material, cut stones, pendants, mineral specimens, and other rock related items) and will be listing them off and on for months so do make my store one of your favorites and check in often to see what new items are listed.
