Description: This mini (the bottom one) was not cut properly. There is another half piece of chocolate inside the wrapper. Because it wasn’t cut properly, the end didn’t get sealed. The top mini is just for comparison. Put into a ziplock immediately when found and did not attempt to open or dislodge the extra piece. So whomever opens it up could see what happened!
