All original, large size, Etruscan work, original patina, perfect carving!!! Measurements are in the pics and weighs about 38.3 grams. The bail comes off to wear as a pin and also holds a picture on the back and has a hook to hang something from. Touch marks on the pin stem I can’t make out. There are a few minor indents on the back that don’t show and does not affect anything. It’s a fabulous piece of jewelry. Definitely makes a positive statement
