(Sleeves cover rusty or jagged posts) Step 2: Take plastic cap and place it securely over the top of the sleeve and post combination. Step 3: Find the first opening or “post pocket” by running your hand along the bottom edge of the fence; pull pocket open. Raise the fence and slide the material approximately 4 inches over the sleeve and cap covering the post. Stretch the material to the next post, locate the nearest pocket and repeat Step 1-3 until all posts are covered. Once you have successfully attached all of the required pockets, the material can be pulled sown to the end of each post. Please note: this package does NOT come with fence POSTS.
