Our best guess would be rayon or silk, or a rayon or silk blend. Metal buttons up the front; there's no button at the top collar with this style. Horizontal buttonholes (this is a vintage marker and dates it to the 60s along with the RN# 37145) Top left pocket. Small vertical pleats on back in the shoulder blades' area. The colors are green and yellow. There is no tag size. It measures as a minimal Large, but with 18 1/2" Shoulders.
