Description: Erda red and black beaded leather bag I discovered Erda bags at a wonderful store called Orion’s Belt in Nashville, Indiana around 1995. Usually I carry a backpack but these small bags came in handy when art museums made me check my backpack, since they are soft and flexible enough to fold into my backpack. This particular bag I bought in 2006 when it seemed Orion’s Belt would be closing. I never used it, so it has been in storage for decades. I like to store these bags with the strap tucked inside, which is why a strap may look a bit curvy in the photos. I am selling 4 Erda handmade bags, so provide a photo of all four. This vibrant red and black leather bag measures about 9” x 9” and has an Erda medallion. It is in very good condition, a soft and flexible leather. The strap measures about 42”. Should you want a shorter strap it is easy to knot. Please review my photos and email me with any questions.
