Purchased brand new and displayed only during the holidays. Original box included although it does have signs of wear and the Styrofoam inserts are not included. Includes 3 figures, however, I am not sure if they are the 3 original ones that came with the piece as I have a few other village pieces that came with figures and I lost track of which went with which over the years.
