Sales over $45 ship priority mail and sales over $100 ship prioritywith a signature required. All comic books ship bagged, boarded and with some extra support. All glass items and action figures ship wrapped and protected. I do combine shipping, but I do not invoice separately. I'll ship then refund the difference, usually within 24 hours of shipping.
