These are El General brand boots, made in Mexico.I cannot read the size or the print on the inside of the boot, but I have done my best to provide photos. The length on the sole of these boots from heel to toe is right at 8 inches, but depending on how you like to fit the boots, I would say the actual wearable length is closer to 7-7.5 inches (you don't want your toes touching the ends especially in pointed toe boots)! My suggestion would be to trace your child's foot and then measure the tracing to compare to the boots. I have photographed the heel, the width, the length, as well as the ankle circumference.
