POSTAGE/PACK CHARGE: I do combine shipments as possible (if you notify me of that wish) within a reasonable time frame (2 weeks maximum); IN SUCH CASE WAIT FOR INVOICE BEFORE PAYING. Large shipments will be actual USPS charge + $1 for box/tape/etc. Really large books (hardcover art books, some cookbooks, large reference books, etc.) will carry actual postage +$1 rate. I regret because of very high postage charges I can not accept orders for shipment outside the USA-- other than Canada (and then at higher than postal charges for internal USA shipments). Be aware Canadian officials may assess a customs fee on buyer. For Canadian orders the minimum purchase is $10 per order exclusive of postage/pack charge. Shipment requires me to complete a customs form at post office declaring accurate actual value of shipment. Note: I have been collecting for reading pleasure for 6+ decades.
