Description: Excellent vintage unrestored condition. Works perfectly! EARLY Embossed Acorn Globe says Oak MFG Los Angeles inside the logo. Brass coin ring. Triangular tear drop door. These clues suggest that this is one of the EARLIEST Oak machines ever, prolly dating to 1950 or 1951. Oak gum machines began in 1949, and became the biggest coin vendor in the country. 100% original. It may have been repainted at some point, or not. If it was, it was a long time ago. It was always red. This machine ticks all the boxes for super cool: Old, embossed globe, early triangular door, brass coin ring, and then condition is tremendous, Does not require a key - just a screwdriver or a quarter - so no worries about losing the key! 14 inches high, 7 inches wide. Takes 1 inch gumballs, which you can buy on Amazon for $18 (96 gumballs). If you sell them all for a penny each, you only lose $17.04, so it will take a long, long time to pay for itself. But it's cool as hell, and the joy your grandchildren or friends will get from it is priceless. Ships via USPS Ground Advantage
