Early CYCLISTS Club, Duck Brakes. Hunting Horn insignia 5 3/8" x 3 1/2" b&w RPPC

Description: A 5 3/8" x 3 1/2", b&w Post Card showing a early group of MEN and their "Safety" bicycles, circa 1895 in EUROPE, maybe. There is 5 "Safety" bicycles and 5 men lined up for a ride. There is also one older man, in the center without a bicycle. At least 4 of the bikes have "Duck Spoon Brakes" (a rod operated by a lever on the handlebar. By pulling the lever, rubber rollers or a spoon then push against the front tire to slow the bike down). The second bike from the left does not appear to have Duck Brakes. The four bikes on the left have ringer bells. All the bicyclists have caps with a "Hunting Horn" insignia. Third man from the left is holding a newspaper??? with the letters "De Mee" visible. Does anyone have a thought on where this photo may have been taken??? or when??? No stamp Box. No stamp, never mailed, no postmark. Crisp and clear, a little dark, bumped corners, couple very light corner creases. Some spotting on back, some flaking on the front. Any glare or distortion is from my digital camera. Card is in FAIR to GOOD Condition, much better than images shown. FREE SHIPPING. I AM NOT SURE OF THE LOCATION or THE DATE.
