Description: This early 1900s token (face value: 25¢) is from Healy's Cigar Store in Glendive, Montana. [NOTE: Ed. A. Healy opened this cigar and tobacco shop on Merrill Avenue in approximately 1905.] The obverse names the store and town, and the reverse has the words GOOD FOR CTS. 25 CTS. IN TRADE. The diameter is approximately 26 mm (1"), and the composition is aluminum. [9842Z] This token is in very fine condition, with even wear, with toning and some soiling. It is bright, with a good toned silver color. The illustrations in this listing are photos of the item being offered for sale, serving as part of the description.
