EAPG Antique National Glass GOTHIC Clear Glass Creamer & Sugar Bowl Gold Trim

Description: Offered for your consideration is a clear glass creamer and sugar bowl with lid made by the National Glass Company (McKee and Bros. Works, 1899-1904) in their "Gothic" pattern. Also known as "Spearpoint Band", this pattern was introduced in 1903. The creamer measures 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) tall, 3.25 inches (8.3 cm) in diameter, and 5 inches (12.7 cm) long from end of spout to outer edge of handle. The sugar bowl is 4 inches (10.2 cm) tall and 3.75 inches (9.5 cm) in diameter. The lid is 4 inches (10.2 cm) in diameter and 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) tall. Combined, the sugar bowl is approximately 6.25 inches (15.9 cm) tall to top of finial. This creamer and sugar bowl set is in very good used condition with no cracks, chips, deep scratches, noticeable roughness, nor repairs. The gold trim is heavily worn and much of it is missing. Creamer and sugar bowl are used so there may be light surface scratches, minor wear, or other indications of use. See photos. The glass is bright and clear with no cloudiness, discoloration, nor lime scale present. There may be bubbles, shear (straw) marks, and other minor imperfections within the glass due to the manufacturing process used at the time.
