Description: Offered for your consideration is a clear glass water pitcher with gold trim made by the Indiana Glass Company (1904-2002) in their number 156 pattern. Also known as "Horsemint", this pattern was introduced in 1915. The pitcher measures 8.25 inches (21 cm) tall, 5 inches (12.7 cm) wide, and 8 inches (20.3 cm) from end of spout to outer edge of handle. This pitcher is in very good used condition with no cracks, chips, noticeable scratches, roughness, nor repairs. The gold trim is heavily worn with much of it missing, see photos. Pitcher is used so there may be faint surface scratches, minor wear, or other indications of use. The glass is bright and clear with no cloudiness, discoloration, nor lime scale present. There may be bubbles, a shear (straw) mark, heat check lines in handle, or other minor imperfections due to the manufacturing process used at the time. Pitcher will be shipped from a smoke-free home and will be packed securely for shipping. Good luck and thank you for your interest.
