I wound up doing a few mods but wanted to keep it as Dynaco intended. So I purchased new Dynakit driver boards and installed a few components to keep the amps up to date and reliable. These compoments are brand new... Can capacitor All electrolytic caps Resistors Switches Driver board Diode in bias circuit Diodes on rectifier for protection Thermister added Modern speaker binding posts that accept banana plugs and spades Modern RCA inout jack gold plated Transformers are original and untouched. Includes Sovtek KT-88 tubes, RCA 5U4 rectifiers and RCA and Ratheon 6an8s. Dynakit can caps installed...80,40,30,20 at 600v surge. The chrome on these amps is good - they just need a good polish. A thermistor is installed to slow down the inrush current and lower the voltage some. New gold plated input jack.
