This newly designed mount allows the tyer to tilt it up and down as well as swing out of the way when necessary. The Bobbin Hanger may be positioned anywhere on the vise shaft. For those unfamiliar with a rotary vise, you spin handle and rotary axis, which spins the hook as your material is held in place to wrap it into a fly, instead of wrapping your materials around a stationary hook (which can be frustrating and create less uniform results).
