As a direct result of these formulation enhancements, FROTH-PAK™ 12 no longer contains HFC's, a potent greenhouse gas, and is now a Low Global Warming Potential (GWP) product that is compliant with state environmental laws throughout the US. Further enhancements include a redesign of the applicator nozzles that include increased optimized blending and a controlled spray pattern that reduces over-spray and waste.FROTH-PAK™ 12 spray foam sealant kits are complete portable two part polyurethane spray foam systems. FROTH-PAK™ polyurethane foam is a two-component, quick cure, closed cell foam that fills cavities, cracks and expansion joints for air sealing and improved insulation. Air infiltration accounts for 25%-40% of a home’s energy loss, FROTH-PAK™ stops that energy loss. FROTH-PAK™ Foam Sealant kits can be used to seal stud wall cavities up to 2" thick, cold floors above unheated areas, crawl spaces, attic walls, and ceilings when covered with a code-approved barrier. Chemical curing allows 2 part polyurethane foam to be dispensed, expand, and become tack free in seconds. Foam will cure in 30 seconds, the fastest cure time in the industry.
