The orchestra for the tour included Cat Anderson, Cootie Williams, Mercer Ellington, Herbie Jones, Ray Nance (trumpets); Lawrence Brown, Buster Cooper, Charles Connors (trombones); Johnny Hodges, Russell Procope, Jimmy Hamilton, Paul Gonsalves, Harry Carney (saxophones/clarinets); John Lamb (bass) and Sam Woodyard (drums). The poster features delicate artwork and design by noted graphic duo Hans Michel and Günther Kieser. The poster measures 84.2 x 59.1 cm (approx. 33.1″ by 23.2″ inches) and is beautifully printed in black ink on thin, smooth-finish uncoated paper stock.
