I leafed through this, and it appears complete, it has 9-10 CUTS. These are square scissor cut outs, mostly 1-2 paragraph size cut outs. This copy has a NICE front cover, best of the 50 of these scissored black Down Beats I have seen. Has middle seam splitting. There have been some small strips of archival tape applied on the seam ends. Not sure if all the pages are detached. Besides the CUTS, this is nice VG-VG+, one of the better conditions I have.
