Description: A gorgeous one of a kind dollhouse room box. Comes wired with lights, although, they have not been tested in a long time. Requires a dollhouse transformer to connect to brackets in the back. The curtain fixture is removable. The unit will need a bit of upkeep but Nothing major besides pain retouches and floor polishing. I have some artist tape on some of the ceiling molding as to keep them in place when moving. It will need some tacky glue to be fixed in place again. There seems to be a coffee stain on the bottom corner. Also there is a bit of mounting wax residue left over from previous furnishing. Although, most of it as been removed. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Scale looks to be 1:10 but 1:12 scale furniture can also work. For reference, the door( not including the frame) is 7.5 inches tall.
