What you receive in this kit is 1 split belly soft bait mold + 1 mold to make jig heads for the split belly bait. THE SOFT BAIT MOLD The soft bait, made with our mold, features:length - 15 cm / 6 in (assembled lure is 20 cm long)beautiful scales patternexcellent body and tail movementsplit belly, located close to the tail, to accommodate an offset hooka passage in the shad for firmly attaching the jig head with offset hook As shown in the photos, the mold consists of the mold itself and a loose stainless steel blank. As you pour the soft plastic, the blank creates the passage for mounting the jig head and offset hook. The soft baits are part of our system of jig head, offset hook and soft bait. These large jig heads have been designed for mounting on our split belly shads. Specs of the jig heads:weight - 240 g / 8.5 ozlength - 5 cm / 2 inbeautiful gills and scales patternthe jig heads feature two hook loops - for an offset hook and an assist hook as shown in the pictures *A handy tip: before pouring the metal, cover the mold surface with talcum powder. Blow away the redundant talcum. Please note we also offer the springy stainless steel wire used in the jig heads. The wire for this model is 1.5 mm thick and you can find it here.
