The woods includes the face of Grandma Willow! A decorated plastic "blanket" covers the entrance to the lodge. The lodge's "firepit" and "straw platform" can be raised and lowered. The fort's door can be opened, and the flag can be raised or lowered, too. THe figures are ~2.5" high, and the playset is ~5.5" high. An awesome playset from Disney!
