These came out to promote the Dick Tracy movie and have the Disney copyright on them. There are seven (7) decals all different on the sheets. You are getting twelve (12) packages that are all the same, with seven (7) decals, unused per package. Package says "Seven Durable Vinyl Decals for Bikes & Trikes" "Rand International, LTD" "The Walt Disney Company". Old stock.
