I designed this product to aid the Eastwood Dual Voltage Powder Coat System (and older system - blue body) an make it more efficient. My design increases the suface area of the electrode so it can better charge the powder particals. Also, the blue tube of this kit aids to configure the "Powder Cloud" into more of a "Powder Column", to help increase the uniformity of the powder hitting your workpiece and sticking. Thus, saving the expensive powder from becoming a waste product.
