Given that we removed it right out of a damaged box, we assume it has to be a defect, but it can still stand on its own and has the stand to help it pose. ** Also have to be careful when turning the hands, they are in there pretty tight so we found that pulling out on the hand a little while turning it makes it easier. Other than that stuff - the figure is In very good conditions - complete with stand and hammer, stand is wall mountable.
