Manufactured with milspec quality standards under contract to the U.S. Department of Defense, for issue to military motor pools. The set is NOS military surplus from a factory sealed box, never used, opened for the photos you see above. Some light white/gray powdery corrosion from long storage on several of the parts; I don’t believe it will hinder your use of the set and have discounted the price FAR below prevailing price in consideration.
