Desirable Maker Birge & Peck Triple Decker Brass Strap Mvmt Clock -Runs great

Description: This is a very good looking John Birge and peck of nearby Bristol CT is in very nice original condition runs well and if you check them out you will find are very desirable still and should hold value well. I have about 4 more Birges and liked them well not just because I like the triple decker look but the movement are so well made and he was the pioneer in strap brass style lower wear than wood movements. I'm offered incase someone likes the looks and I have several clock auctions and conventions to go to so will need both space and $$ to find more good stuff plus trying to get more of my collection listed for I might be part time snowbird and holidays coming. Anyway it measures about 33" tall x 16" wide.The movement runs great and fully marked proper plus saw very little wear and was clean and john Birge is desirable and well known maker because he was pioneer is starting to make quality movements from brass versus the wood prior to he and his more than a few partners. I tried to take decent of pictures to both show it off and answer questions. A lot of dealers would have this clock priced much higher and I did pay well for it plus time in repair, but I try to offer my customers good value and encourage a quicker sale so I can go find more good stuff and hopefully have another happy customer. I go over all my clocks before shipping and make sure I didn't miss anything and try my best to pack well. Everything goes insured just in case and my items are returnable. Please respect that and it does take a bit of time, I've been dealing clocks for over 30 years now, but boxes do occasionally get mishandled.
