These are part of a series made in the mid 1980's, lost and rediscovered in 1990! In 1990 Jorge De Rosa signed the collection and they were again lost in storage. In the coming weeks we will be listing this exquisite collection of plates and boxes (all pieces are signed by Jorge De Rosa). Each is a unique piece of art. A great addition to any Rinconada collection! This Box is beautiful shades of Blues, Gold and White. The bottom is a gun metal gray. It is approximately 3 1/4" square and 1 3/4" deep. Item #DR208-B3. This (as are all of the Artesania Rinconada collection) was hand carved and painted in Uruguay. The piece is new, never displayed.
