Description: Dept 56 Snow Village 2000 "Village Town Hall" 55044. Good iverson shape with 2 things to note: 1) unfortunately, I cannot find the light for this one 2) the front sign (“lighting of the town tree”) is missing. Aside from these 2 things, in good overall shape. No chips or cracks that I can see. Includes American flag that goes on top and garland over front windows. Comes with original styrofoam box/cardboard sleeve. Box and sleeve show signs of age and wear from storage but are fully functional. Please view all pictures carefully for overall condition and size. I’ve pointed to apparent flaws noted above with pencil. And holler at me with any questions! I have a good number of Miniature buildings and figurines listed/coming soon. Most are Department 56.
