We're appliance-rich and cabinet-poor. :-) Don't get me wrong...it's a solid little machine and it works 100% as it should, no problems there...we just can't keep moving it from here to there when it's in our way. I guess we're getting lazy...heh... Anyway...it has it's share of small scratches you'd expect from any used appliance, but as you can see in the photos it's in good shape. And, of course, it's fully functional. Oh...and note we were shorted the small rectangular "stand" used to put a tiny espresso cup on, so it's not included. This was never a problem for us as we always used taller coffee cups anyway. You can choose whether to select a normal size brew or a "tall" which uses more water and thus creates a bigger brew...we always selected the largest possible and then went over a little. ;-) Luckily the owner's manual is available online, so if you're unfamiliar with these machines you can just google it.
