Description: For your consideration is what I believe to be an original Delco light plant Hand Start Crank, it has a 91747-5 R cast into it. This has dual engagement catches. It’s setup for clockwise rotation. The center is about a 1-1/16” hole which will fit a slightly smaller shaft, the step is 1-9/32” inside. It’s in original patina. The hand grip does rotate.
