Description: For your consideration is what I believe to be an original Delco light plant Hand Start Crank, it has a faint “5” “SS” “T” and “470466A1” cast into it. This has dual engagement catches. It’s setup for clockwise rotation. The center is a 1” hole which will fit a slightly smaller shaft. The hand grip doesn’t swivel, it’s in original patina.
