His voice was also familiar to television fans as the narrator of ABC's "The Untouchables" for five seasons, beginning in 1959. This 1938 check is clean and intact, exhibiting the usual bank marks, cancellations, folds, and creases from processing and storage over the past 86 years. The signature is bold and legible.
