It has a separate navy sailor collar that opens on one shoulder for easy dressing and it is trimmed with gold braid and a star. There is also a white sailor beret with a navy band & gold bow on the side. The outfit will fit several dolls especially the cubby toddler body. We are showing it on a Baby Face doll by Galoob but please note the hat only sits on, it is not large enough to fit her head. Made by Daisy Kingdom but no longer in production.
